Mr Cadier works in both the NHS and the private sector in Hampshire and the Isle of White. He provides a complete range of reconstructive and cosmetic solutions, including non-surgical procedures, using advanced techniques and the highest quality of care. He has specialist registration in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and has been elected onto the council of The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Mr Cadier is also a regular contributor to television, radio and various magazines.
Mr Cadier also undertakes charity missions to Pakistan each year to operate on babies and children with cleft lip palate with the charity Child Care International. These visits have formed the focus of many newspaper articles and short television excerpts. In 2002 Mr Cadier was joined by a BBC television crew during a visit to a remote area of Northern Pakistan which formed the subject of a documentary called "Changing Smiles."
Mr Cadier was also involved in a programme for Tomorrows World in which he undertook pioneering surgery to reanimate upper limbs in quadriplegic patients. When he became a Consultant at Salisbury District Hospital he was invited to undertake plastic surgery for the South City Hospital programme which televised numerous operations, including short scar breast reduction surgery and the first toe to hand transfer for a young child who had lost his thumb in an accident.
